The magment - Mr. Li Jian-Sing- in the miner industry is set up for betraying by Japanese and named betrayer in 1940. Army surround the mine mountain in Ruifang and arrest Mr. Li Jian-Sing, his brother and workers who work at mine mountain. They arrest 500 people. The rest of 300 die in jail. Miscarriage of justice let Mr. Li Jian-Sing is sentence for 12 years, his third little brother dies in jail and his fifth little brother is deaf for torturing. His father heard the news and die of worries. This is so-called Ruei fang event. They are all released at the time Taiwan Restoration in 1945. At the same time, Mr. Li Jian-Sing is elected to be the first chief of Rueifang town. His mother ask the governor of a province-Bo Chong-Si- to ascertain Feb(February) 28 Incident in 1947 and let the whole island free from the disaster. The Li’s is famous for charity, help the poor and establish education and medical treatment. This time, our rainbow report find out the sculpture of Mr. Li Bo-Lu and his wife, Mr. Li Jian-Sing and Mr. Li Jian-Chuan which is made by Mr. Pu Tian-Sheng. It is hard to find out the sculpture of Mr. Li Jian-Sing for the only one non-famous  sculpture which is whole-body making in the time of Martial law in Taiwan.
